We begin by discussing your plans and collecting basic information about your circumstances. We explain the support ZAAF offers and arrange contact with an affiliated U.S.-licensed attorney when legal assessment or advice is needed.
Agreeing on Services and Fees
Before work begins, we explain our scope of services, fees, payment arrangements and the documents you will need to provide. If your matter requires an attorney, the attorney’s legal services and fees are addressed through a separate attorney-client engagement.
Collecting and Organizing Documents
Our team helps you gather and organize your records using a checklist appropriate to the service requested or supplied by the handling attorney. We check for missing documents and factual inconsistencies and contact you for clarification.
Preparing Your Materials
We assist with administrative form completion using information you provide, document formatting, translation coordination and exhibit organization. For business and investor matters, we also help prepare business plans and compile corporate, financial and investment records.
Coordinating Legal Services
ZAAF is not a U.S. law firm and does not provide U.S. legal advice or representation. When required, affiliated U.S.-licensed attorneys assess eligibility, advise on legal strategy, prepare legal arguments and handle representation under their own engagement arrangements.
Supporting Submission and Follow-Up
We coordinate the delivery of completed materials to you or your attorney under the agreed service arrangement. Our team helps organize receipts, track available case updates and communicate requests for additional documents. Questions requiring legal judgment are referred to the handling attorney.
Preparing for Interviews
We help you organize interview documents and become familiar with appointment instructions and procedures. Legal advice concerning interview questions, immigration history or case concerns is provided by your engaged attorney.
Coordinating the Next Steps
As your matter progresses, our Buffalo and Dhaka teams help with further documentation and administrative follow-up within the agreed scope. Where additional legal work is required, we coordinate with your attorney.
